How to install a multilevel PVC ceiling - Ceiling (many people call it the ceiling of a house) is a kind of interior covering part of a building. This ceiling serves to cover the upper interior.

How to Install Multi-level PVC Ceiling

1. Installing the Underframe
The first way is to install the bottom frame. The terraced ceiling has two frames, namely the upper frame and the lower frame. First measure the ceiling height for the perimeter of the room, then mark it using a rope. After that, install the 2x4 hollow, and install it in the hollow around the room.
The next step is to measure the distance in all corners of the room.
Each angle is measured from left to right, with a distance of 40 cm. Attach the thread at every 40 cm distance, then attach a 4x4 hollow. Then measure each wall from left to right, with a distance of 60 cm. The next step is to attach the 60 cm hollow on the wall, to the hollow that has been threaded. Finally, hang the hollow ceiling frame, and you're done.
2. Installing the Upper Frame
You could say that this stage is the most difficult stage, in how to install a multilevel PVC ceiling. Measure each corner with a distance of 30 cm, and install a hollow at each distance. Then cut the hollow measuring 2x4 measuring 25 cm, as many as 8 pieces. Then attach the 25 cm hollow to the 30 cm hollow.
Then measure from the 25 cm hollow, from the bottom frame to the top frame about 20 cm. Next, install the hollow at each 20 cm mark. Expand the 2x4 hollow, to the size of 60 cm earlier then screw it using a drill. Install the hollow with a distance of 80 cm above the hollow 60 cm. Tighten or screw each part of the hollow meeting.

3. Close the Upper and Lower Frame Parts
To cover the upper frame, use a PVC ceiling. So install the PVC ceiling board by following the hollow frame that has been installed. Then cover the entire ceiling frame with PVC boards. If there is excess PVC board, it can be cut using a saw.
Then to cover the bottom frame, is also quite easy. Cut 4 pieces of PVC board, with a size of 40 cm. After that, attach the pieces, to cover the entire lower ceiling frame. Install the PVC board neatly, so that there are no holes.
4. Close the Inner Gap
To strengthen the ceiling, the inside should also not have a gap. First, cut 4 pieces of PVC board, with a size of 15 cm lengthwise. Then seal around the inner slit. To make it stronger, close it using screws and a drill. Make sure there are no gaps, and that all the inside is neatly covered.
5. Close the Edge of the Lower Frame
The next step is to close the edge of the bottom frame. First cut a PVC board with a size of 8 cm. After that attach the pieces of PVC board to the edge of the bottom frame. Cover all edges of the underframe with PVC board, leaving no gaps.
Once finished, the results will more or less look like the illustration photo below.
