River Country, one of your most respected manufacturers of Grill and Smoker Thermometers is proud to introduce the River Country Universal Electric Smoker / Grill Adjustable Heating Element.
The elements are designed for the Barbecue Enthusiast who is designing and building their own electric smoker or grill and looking for an easy to use and install electric heating system. The element can be added to many existing large smokers and grills if you’re to incorporate in a separate food warmer area.
The heating element features an easy mount flange which requires a rectangular opening in the side of your grill or smoker of 2 5/8” by 1” for the removable controller attachment flange. The element mounting bracket allows for adjustable bolt mounting from 2 ¾” to 3 ½” on center and can be attached with user supplied bolts and nuts.
The heavy duty 1500 watt element uses standard US 110 volts and come with 2” tall stabilizing supports for the ends of the element.
The River Country element may be used as a general replacement for other brands of electric smokers and grills, however, please be sure to check your manufacturer’s warranty and mounting requirements and sizing specifications below.  The Element works with the River Country controller, if using another controller please make sure to measure your current unit and compare to the measurements listed to ensure this element will work for you.

General Return Policy:
All products purchased from us at River Country are Brand New, either from our own manufacturing facility or one of our partner companies. If there is any problem with your order please contact us by e-mail within 30 days of receiving your order. Unlike most companies we are always here for you after the sale and will always work with you to resolve any issues. If a return or exchange is needed we will issue you a Return Merchandise (RM) number so we both can track your return and process your claim quickly and efficiently.

All Returns must include all original packaging, parts, accessories, owners’ manuals/instructions, etc. to be considered for a refund.

No refunds will be given on items that have been used or abused; you can only exchange the item at that point.

If you are returning an unused item for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will apply. All returns will be tested and/or inspected before a refund is issued.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your product arrives defective or quits working within the first few days please contact us immediately. We will either exchange your item, or provide direct contact information for you to the manufacturer. Some of our suppliers prefer to work directly with the customer so we can eliminate the middleman to resolve the issue faster.
If your product arrives and there is notable damage to the shipping box have your delivery person note the damage and notify us immediately so all proper paper work and claims can be processed. Once claims are processed a new replacement will be sent to you.
Shipping International:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with their local authorities about the rules and regulations and about all custom and brokerage fees, duties, taxes, and restrictions that are imposed on good imported into your country. Please note that all the additional fees above our shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. If for any reason once your package arrives and you refuse delivery because of high customs or brokerage fees, duties or taxes imposed we will have to pay them for you, pay for the return shipping or abandon the package. All the additional costs incurred by us will be charged back to you or reduced from your refund.
