You are bidding on a set of five stainless steel angles which have been manufactured to replace the flavorizer bars on your Weber gas grill.

When the original set of mild steel bars that came with my grill rusted to dust after two years of use I was so mad at Weber  I made up a set of my own bars.  They work just great. The idea that Weber would sell me a $500 grill with a part they know will not last really got me mad. Weber will be happy to sell you a set of stainless bars, for
$69.00!
My angles are made to the EXACT same length (22-1/2 inches) and shape as Weber part # 9816 or #7537. I use the same type 304 stainless that Weber uses(and not less expensive stainless such as 400 series).  The only difference between these and the Weber parts is that the Weber parts are made of a  thinner gauge of material,18ga(.045″), while mine are are made of 16ga. (.062″). That works out to 29% more material. This thicker gauge will hold heat better and last even longer than the weber parts. I am a professional sheet metal fabricator with over twenty years of experience. These are not crudely made up in someone’s garage. You will be very satisfied with my product.   Weber sells their bars for $69.00, you can buy these, a better product, for less.  I have used my stainless bars for over 5 years now and they show no signs of corrosion or decay. I have sold thousands of sets to customers all over the country for 10 years and have never had a complaint.  Before bidding, be sure your grill uses Weber part number #9816 or #7537. Be sure to actually measure your old bars and check them against the size of this set. The length is all you need to know 22.5″. This is the best way to avoid errors. Do not rely on the owner’s manual, the internet, the name on the handle or your memory. Many customers think they own one model grill when they actually own another. If you are not certain please feel free to ask.  My return policy states that the buyer pays all return and replacement shipping charges should they order the wrong set.
Please note that these sets contain 29% more material and therefore weigh 29% more. These will cost a couple of dollars more to ship. So if you are shopping price, please bear this in mind. For a bit more in shipping you will get much more product.

on these bars. Should they fail due to material or workmanship within two years of the date of purchase, I will replace them free of charge.
I also use type 304 Stainless and not lower quality stainless versions such as 400 series stainless. 400 series is a lower grade magnetic stainless used mainly for countertops and other kitchen fixtures. Type 304 is what WEBER uses and is the correct choice for high heat environment and superior corrosion resistance.
Don’t make the mistake of buying a set made of 400 series.
